Responsibilities:
- Re-check & confirm the details captured in the report are correct
- Check the Diagnose process done at Front end team and order the required part
- Replace the spare part & re-diagnose the device
- Repairs to be done within the stipulated committed time to customer
- Timely updates to customer about repair progress
- Pre delivery Inspection
- Answer customer query’s – If required
- Knowledge on Latest Product News & Software updates
- Having responsibility taken in achieving Revenue Target by convincing the customer
- Required foresee on escalations, immediately escalate to Apple or reporting head.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve Customer Satisfaction rating.
- Cooperate with Entire team and share information across whenever required
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Salary: 2.0 LPA – 2.5 LPA
